  Usually the burgers at grill’d mt Lawley are good but tonight it was horrible. Would’ve gotten better burger at hungry jacks for half the price. The meat patty was so over cooked and dry, my burger had chunks of charcoal on it and had something like baking paper in the burger, I’m assuming it was the paper that separates the frozen meat partties. When the waiter came and asked if everything was good I told him that the burgers were so dry and showed the chunks of paper and charcoal that came out of my burger and his response was yeah sorry about that but we’ve been so busy tonight, then he said enjoy your night and walked off. My husband and I were just shocked at his response.

  I am so disappointed with the Mt Lawley branch. The staff have no attention to detail whatsoever - apparently dietary requirements are not important at all! Our last three orders from here have contained animal ingredients when we have clearly specified vegan only. It is clear that no effort has been made to make sure orders with dietary requirements are prepared correctly, as we were told the first time “sorry this won’t happen again”. Well it’s happened twice within a month since we were told that! At least tonight we checked our burgers before driving all the way home! Will no longer be wasting our time at this location :)

  I love grill'd. First time in this one and we decided to try the 2x1 in vegan burgers (with gluten free bun). Amazing! We couldn't believe they were vegan, so tasty!! The cheese burger was even better than normal burgers that you can eat in other places.
  We also got a take away wild wild west but we ate it there too. So yummy!
  Both the chips and the sweet potato are nice, each of us chose their favourite.
  We will come back!

  Never able to serve a gluten-free bun without burning it in 8 years!
  
  The only reason I went back this time was because of the promise of a tastier, softer gluten free bun...
  
  Charcoal is not tastier!
  
  Update: It is now 7 May, a full 3 weeks since I complained, and I've receive NO RESPONSE!

  I find Grill'd to be quite consistently good across stores and my experience when we stopped in for an impromptu lunch at this store was no exception. I typically order the same thing each time at Grill'd and found no difference in quality on this occasion. Why not 5 stars? I found the music being played a bit too loud, intrusive and generally overbearing. This is my own personal preference, however, so you could very easily have a 5 star experience.
